Delivery

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Shipping is carried out via DHL or an equivalent courier service chosen by us.

Estimated delivery times:

• Within Germany: approx. 3–5 business days

• Within the European Union: approx. 5–9 business days, depending on the destination country and carrier

We always strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
If delays occur (e.g., due to high demand or courier issues), customers will be notified promptly by e-mail.

Within Germany:

Free shipping in Germany

Within the European Union (EU):

• Standard Shipping (DHL): €8.90

• Free shipping for orders over €69.00

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process before completing the purchase.

Product Availability

If an item is unavailable at the time of order, the customer will be notified immediately.
Payments already made will be refunded promptly.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

The return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless otherwise agreed).
For custom-made or personalized items, the right of withdrawal does not apply (see §11 of the Terms & Conditions).
