Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., e-mail).

2. Exclusion / Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
No right of withdrawal exists for customized / made-to-order items pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB (e.g., requested colours, personalized decorations).
Material note: Our products are made from real, naturally preserved flowers and are handcrafted; minor variations in colour/shape are natural and do not constitute a defect.
3. Effects of Withdrawal (Refund)
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days—
either from the day we receive the returned goods or from the day you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Refunds are issued using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Return Label
We cover the cost of return shipping.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return label and instructions on how and where to send the parcel.
Please do not send any return parcels without contacting us first.
5. Condition of Returned Goods / Diminished Value
Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and—where possible—in the original packaging.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (Art. 246a §1 (2) sentence 1 no. 1 EGBGB).
6. Damage & Issues Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and remedy it (replacement, repair, or refund).
7. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered.
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (after approval) and place a new order.
